Planning a Reunion

Each class is responsible for planning their reunion. Jefferson High School can assist class reunion chairs by:

1. Providing a class list with the most recent contact information the high  
    school has on file.
    To obtain a class list for planning a reunion please email Tom Rayner, Data Specialist.

2. Creating a webpage for your class on the Jefferson High School Website.
     Please email Tom Rayner, Director of Communications the following:

• Reunion date
• Reunion time
• Reunion location with address
• Cost
• Deadline to RSVP
• Additional events taking place that weekend with detailed information (golf outings, trolley tours of Lafayette, family picnics, etc.)
• Reunion chair names, email addresses and/or phone numbers (to be posted on the website)
• Reunion reservation form in a PDF or Word Doc. 

3. Post reunion information on LSC TV (Lafayette School Corporation’s
    local cable access channel on Channel 5).
    Please email Randy Brist, Radio and TV Center Director the following information:

• Reunion date
• Reunion time
• Reunion location with address
• Cost
• Deadline to RSVP
• Additional events taking place that weekend with detailed information (golf outings, trolley tours of Lafayette, family picnics, etc.)
• Reunion Chair names, email addresses and/or phone numbers (to be posted on LSC TV)
• Where classmates can learn more/RSVP (Example: JHS website: www.lafayettejeff.org or another website the class reunion chairs have designated.)
