X - SICK
Z - FUNERAL
Q - NO REASON GIVEN
Y - FAMILY EMERGENCY
R - OTHER (there may be a description typed in)
D - DOCTOR
C - COURT
 - BLANK (NO REASON GIVEN)

(EXEMPT ABSENCES)

Do not count towards students five (5) Period limit   

FE – School Activity Exempt

GE – Guidance Exempt

IE – Testing Exempt

JE – I.S.S. Exempt (In school suspension)

KE – Other Exempt (Court, Religious Observances, Funeral, Incarceration, College)

LE – Long term exemption (Guidance office will notify teachers of absence)

ME – Medical Exempt

NE – Nurse Exempt

OE – Admin Office Exempt (Administrative or School Sanctioned Program)

SE - O.S.S. Exempt (Out of school suspension)

WE - Withdrew
